WARRANTY ON RUGS: ALL RUGS COME WITH A USEFUL LIFE LIMITED WEAR WARRANTY - Flagship warrants that its rugs will lose no more than 20% of the yarn during the useful life of the rug commencing at the time of purchase. Flagship warrants abrasive wear only. This warranty does not cover tears, burns, pulls, cuts, pilling, matting, or damage due to improper use of improper cleaning agents or methods, nor does it cover rugs on stairs or outside areas.

WARRANTY ON SURGING: THREE MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY - Flag ship warrants the surging for three months for manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by furniture abrasing the surging, a person using a projectilve to damage surging, or floor cleaning equipment abrasing the surging while cleaning other surfaces in proxity to the rug.

WARRANTY ON FLOOR CARPET (WALL TO WALL): ALL CARPETS HAVE A 10 YEAR LIMITED WEAR WARRANTY - Flageship warrants that if this carpet is properly installed and maintained and the surface pile in any area abrasively wears more than 20% within ten years, it will be replaced at Flagship's expense (an independent testing service will determine wear). This warranty does not cover tears, burns, pulls, cuts, or damage due to improper cleaning agents or methods, nor does it cover carpet installed on stairs or outside areas. Pad and labor are not included in this warranty since we manufacture carpet only.

RETURN POLICY: You may request to return the product(s) for any reason within 5 days from delivery. If your return request is approved, you will be provided a Return Authorization (RA) Number. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return. You are responsible for the shipping cost (both ways). Used/worn rugs are NON-RETURNABLE (except under warranty conditions). No return will be accepted without a RA Number.
